Name of the Post: Security Supervisor
Number of Posts: 2 (GN)
Education: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks and with 8 years experience in security duties and/or handling fire fighting in Govt./Public Sector/Education Institution/Armed Forces/Paramilitary Forces/Police.
Age: Below 40 years; relaxation in age for external applicants will be admissible as per Government of India rules; for internal applicants (existing IISc employees) the Institute reserves the right to relax age and experience in exceptional cases.
Pay Band And Grade Pay: PB-2 (Rs.9,300-34,800) and Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- plus allowances at the rates prevailing at the Institute. (Total monthly emoluments at the minimum of the scale are Rs.34,250/-p.m.)
